After graduation in 1976, Dr.Arup started his career as a Dental Surgeon under the Ministry of Health, Government of Bangladesh and served in different district hospitals.
Dr. Arup Ratan Choudhury is one of the pioneers in Bangladesh for anti – tobacco movement.
It is evident from the research that student of school, College & universities are the main drug user & their inception in drug abuse
